Proven track record of developing competitive athletes (e.g., players reaching national/international rankings)

Strong communication and leadership skills for working with athletes and staff

Ability to design individualized training and performance plans tailored to different player profiles

Experience in tournament preparation and match analysis.

Commitment to fostering a positive, high-performance culture within the team

Available for the entirety of the 2026 season (1 June - 2 August) and willing to be located at one of our hubs during that time
